The famous Au Cheval burger with bacon and egg. This did not disappoint at all. An amazing burger!

I got the double which came with three patties (single comes with two) with everything on it. It came with thick cut sweet bacon, a fried egg, pickles, onion, cheese, and burger sauce on a brioche bun. The acid from the pickles and onions with the rich patty, and the runny yolk was a sensation like no other. It was incredible. Sweet, salty, bitter, umami in a perfect balance.

We also got the chopped salad which was somehow so flavorful even though it looked so plain. It had a very strong dill flavor which paired well with the rich burger and bacon in it.

Overall while this burger was $26, I would 1000% get it again. Au Cheval lives up to the hype and deserves to be one of the best burgers in the world. 9.3/10
