POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The last 6 days have been big, in particular because I got a forced reset (spiritually and physically) half way through.

4 shoots
1 Sydney trip
2 sales call
1 new client meeting
A plethora of editing and admin
Cleaned the studio top to toe
Found a Pokemon card in the car park that did disappoint
Many, many deep conversations
Celebrating Mum and Lauren

And it feels good to sit, knowing I did the best I could with everything I had available.

My 3 lessons for the week:

1. Team, family and network is essential for growth. I’ve had to lean on a lot of people this week, and i am so grateful for them all. Build the network well, and nurture it even better.

2. Business is hard. There are always problems to solve, always blockages and hurdles, and always things to let go of in order to adapt to where I’m going. Don’t avoid hard, accept it as a necessary ingredient for the life I’m building.

3. Fighting the inevitable is useless. I went from debilitating back pain, to fevers, sweats, headaches, extreme fatigue and a full day of involuntary cleansing. Mostly I wanted it to stop, but I focused on prayer, and remembered that my body is doing the work it needs to clean what out what is no longer required. This wasn’t food poisoning, or a random bug. I believe it was deeper than that, and that reminder was my anchor that made the 3 days easier to manage.

A shoutout to my amazing team for making sure the behind the scenes ran smoothly, @rom_muscletherapy for working his magic,
