Just four rooms in Parabita, inland Salento, and a place in the Michelin Guide since 2025. Richard and Marco didn’t build a hotel: they brought an early 1900s house back to life with local artisans, and made it home. Breakfast at the table, the pool under the banana plants, and one of them always there to pour a glass of wine when you get back from the sea.
