🍲SOP BUNTUT TOM YUM🍲

Perpaduan yang nggak pernah salah.

Lembutnya daging buntut ketemu kuah tomyum yang asam, pedas, dan nagih banget!

Menu favorit aku cuma ada di @palingrestoran

"PALING RESTORAN"
@palingrestoran

A true hidden gem that’s been loved by its loyal regulars since opening about a year ago, and I can totally see why! The food was genuinely impressive!
Serving comforting Indonesian home-style dishes, elevated with their own creative twists. I found their creations refreshingly unique, with flavors and combinations you don’t easily find elsewhere :
- Pangsit Takeshi 👑
Just like gyoza, but with a more generous, plump minced meat filling! Juicy and meaty on the inside, with nice crunchy coating, paired with mayo and flavorful chili oil, seriously addictive!
- Paling Sayap Ayam
Garlicky, juicy chicken wings paired with a refreshing, zesty dip
- Sawi Putih Mutiara
A homey and comforting dish of sautéed sawi putih and tomatoes in a creamy egg broth. Light yet hearty, with delicate flavors that feel just like home!
- Sop Buntut Paling Tom Yum 👑
Mind-blowing! Their original creation and easily my favorite of the day! A brilliant combination of oxtail soup and tom yum, bringing together the best of both worlds. I’d even go as far as saying it’s one of the best in town, both as a tom yum and an oxtail soup! Fall-off-the-bone tender oxtail in a bold, rich, and creamy tom yum broth, beautifully zesty and herbaceous with a refreshing lift of coriander, so good!
- Opor Susu Sapi Asap
A comforting twist on classic opor, featuring a rich, creamy milk-based broth paired with smoky, tender beef sei.
- Buntut Paling Cabe Ijo
Juicy and tender oxtail, beautifully marinated and cooked in fragrant cabe ijo seasoning, so flavorful!
- Lapis Ijo
Housemade pandan kue lapis, beautifully chewy and fragrant, paired with creamy coconut ice cream. A nostalgic combination of familiar flavors.
- Biji Salak Eskrim
Soft and chewy housemade biji salak, with a lovely texture and comforting sweetness.

Overall, I’m genuinely impressed! Beautifully executed Indonesian comfort food, elevated with their own creative twists.

There are stories that begin from a single place.
And there are stories that find their way back home.

Two neighbouring kitchens. Two distinct characters. One table, shared.

From the first idea to the final plate, something special is coming.
