A room filled with music, connection, and elegance. ✨

It was such an honour to bring fabric into the room for the Palliser Estate Symphonic Feast 2026. To soften the space, create atmosphere, and be part of a moment that felt so intimate and full of presence.

This was a stretch project in all the right ways. One that asked a lot of me, challenged me creatively, and reminded me what’s possible when you back yourself.

And one that, with the support of my family, we pulled off together.

I’m so proud of what we created. And so grateful I got to be part of it. 🤍

So happy to be back in the vineyard, I couldn’t stop my feet moving to the beat and had some good twirls🕺

The sheep have been in here for for what feels like forever and I am not to be trusted when they are around 🐑 - but at least there was still some of their poo around so I was able to have snacks.

Celebrating Organic Wine Week in Tamaki Makaurau.

With our already wonderfully high numbers of sustainably producing vineyards, it is exciting to watch the rise in quality and numbers of organic wines being thoughtfully produced in Aotearoa NZ.

Both locally and internationally I see a strong swing to wines (and other beverages & foods) grown & produced organically - and am proud to be able to show off some of our fine examples.

It was gratifying to be present at the Down to Earth tasting, with Organic Wine Producers, and then to follow up with David at Kelmarna Gardens the next day, for a tasting of Ben Glover’s Zephyr wines.

Thanks to all concerned for including me in this important initiative.

What a night!!!!

A special evening celebrating two countries, two kitchens and a whole lot of passion for food.

It was a real pleasure to bring together Norka, Karol, Carlos and Karla for a night of cooking, sharing and celebrating our roots around the table.

From the fire and the slow cooking, to every plate that made it to the table — this one was all about good food, good people and good vibes.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, shared the night with us and supported this collaboration. Your energy made it what it was.

Big thanks to @chefnorkamella and @karrrol_troncoso for bringing your food, stories and Chilean spirit to Xolo, to @palliserwine for the amazing wine and @ozonecoffeenz for all coffees.
