The Water Variations - XRG ‘26 🩵🫧🦦🌊

This season I fell in love with guard all over again. Not just because I love this sport, but because I love these people. There was no finer team to take on this new adventure with, and I can say with my whole heart that I love each and every one of the teammates I shared the floor with this season. They are kind, talented, hard working people that I am so grateful to have had a season with. I made 17 new friends, and a million new memories to cherish forever. From my first stuffie audience to my first debbie, I had the time of my life. It wasn’t always easy by any means, but this team and staff kept each other going. I am so so so proud to be a part of XRG, and I am so grateful for my first season in this guard. Thank you for everything you gave me, Crossroads. I will always miss this season and these people, but I can’t wait for more to come. Until next time, my favorite otters. XRG on 3!!

Cherish the process

The only way I can think to describe my first season of crossroads. These have been the most talented and kindest people I’ve ever had the opportunity to spin with, and they made this group feel like a home every weekend. I never wanted the season to end, but looking back, this group helped me grow more than I ever thought possible and helped me fall back in love with this sport. I loved it all: the long rehearsals, the amazing staff, my incredible teammates, the hard work, the challenges, and all the smiles and laughter along the way. Thank you XRG for my favorite group and show I’ve ever been apart of. I am water! 🦦🌊. #colorguard #wgi

To the program that continues to give me everything: thank you, thank you, thank you a million times over.

This season brought a one of a kind group to WGI. It is a privilege to call these people my teammates and friends, and I all I want is another chance to share the floor with them. I am honored to have been given the opportunity to lead them and thankful for their support when I needed to lean on them. (And for their patience when I didn't know the counts to the choreography that I wrote.) To my staff, thank you for creating this space for us. It isnt possible without you.

I am so lucky to love something so much that saying goodbye is so hard, but really, it's more of a see you later. I found a joy in performing that i haven't felt in a long time with this show, and I dont know if im quite ready to give that up.

When I say this is the best group of people I have ever met, I am not exaggerating. Everyone here works so hard to make our long rehearsals feel like home, especially since we see each other more than our own families. I'll forever be thankful for everyone who made me feel welcome to the team after joining half a season late. I've definitely cried at least five times now on the ride home because I never want this season to be over. I love all of you guys! @xrguard

The XRG season has come to an end. I dont know what type of a preformer or person i would be without this team. They are my family and i wouldnt change a thing about this show or these people. They have become some of my greatest friends, i am so lucky to have a team like this i wish for everyone to have one as funny, caring and awesomeness. Not only have i grown but i have seen everyone on this team grow and find there people. This is 100% one of my favorite shows ive performed with i wish i could go back and do it all over again…

(I will be back next year watch out crossroads 👀)
