🍕🥂 Over the weekend we hosted a Pizza Party thanks to SALS PIZZA and I’m still smiling ear to ear. 🤗What a way to kick off SPRING ☀️🕺🏼💫🌸

Hosting, having friends & fam over, making memories, all the little ones running around together and enjoying it all with great food and drinks makes me so happy. 💛

CBS XMAS PARTY 2025 💜✨

Words will never be enough to express how blessed I am to work with these incredible women.

Every single day, they choose themselves! They show up, they do the fkn work… Not just for their bodies, but for their minds, their confidence, and the women they’re becoming.

What we’re building goes so much deeper than losing weight or gaining muscle. We’re building trust, self-love, respect & strength that starts on the inside. This here is a community where women feel seen, supported, and celebrated🥰
