✨CHRISTMAS CLOSING IN JULY! ✨ Double Closing at The Biltmore ✨

🏙️ 'Twas the night before closing, when all through the Biltmore...
Not a soul was stirring, not even a condo door.
The contracts were stacked by the desk with great care
In hopes that Attorney @curtisshenkman would close with flair.

🛌 The buyers were nestled, all snug in their bed
Visions of their condo’s ocean views, danced in their heads.
The seller in linen, and I in my cap with a brim,
Had just settled down by the Biltmore pool for a pre-close swim.

🌙 When out on the Intracoastal, moonlight did dance,
A chime from my phone broke my reverie’s trance.
Away to my laptop I flew like a flash,
Logged into my email, refreshed with a dash

💻 The glow of the screen in the Palm Beach night air,
Showed a note from Shenkman—good news to share!
More rapid than showings, the documents came, Super Shenkman called them, each one by name:

✍️ "Now, HUD-1! Now, Addendum! Now, Deed and Disclosure!
On, Title! On, Funding! On, Contract’s full closure!
To the top of the stack! To the notary’s call!
Now sign away, sign away, sign away all!

🦸‍♂️ As palms sway beneath the warm coastal moon,
The papers were checked, not a flaw to impugn.
And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the line,
Super Shenkman’s voice, saying, “All is just fine.”

📱 As I hung up the phone and was turning around,
The signed docs arrived with a digital sound.
The title was clear, no liens to be found,
The funds were all wired, safe, secure, and sound.

🏊‍♀️ The realtor, now free, with a grin ear to ear,
Dove into the pool, the moonlight so clear.
With Intracoastal views gleaming, I swam with delight,
The deal was now done, and the timing just right.

🌴 By the water’s calm edge, where the palm shadows play,
I floated, content, as the night turned to day.
The stars twinkled down on the Biltmore’s grand facade
A perfect ending to a deal. Impeccably made.

✈️ The buyers sprang to their plane, to their home they sped,
The joy of the closing now filling their head.
And I exclaimed, as they flew towards the site —
“Happy Closing to all tomorrow, by the Biltmore tonight!”
