Its WORLD CLEAN UP DAAAAAY! ♻️🙌🏽 Well, it is on Sunday, so we thought we'd get a head start! Please come and join us for a big inner-island clean up! Every year, we spend September near Gili Trawangan's landfill collecting all the debris and soft plastics that blow off the dump with seasonal winds. This year will be the same! But thanks to @lma.gt cleaning up last week, we hope that we WON'T beat our record of over 10,000 plastic bags in one clean up (record broken in 2022!) But there is still so much to clean! Come along and meet us at @coconutgardenresort at 5pm this afternoon to grab clean up equipment and do your part for the island! And if you can't join here, its WORLD Clean up Day! So spending even 5 minutes collecting litter anywhere is making a tremendous difference. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Join us for a Plastic Free Paradise! 🌴♻️💚 📍 @coconutgardenresort 🕔 5pm TODAY! ♻️ Beach clean all equip provided 🍻 Free Refreshments

Yin Yoga with Sound Bath is a gentle, relaxing practice that combines two calming experiences: • Yin Yoga: a slow style of yoga where you hold simple stretches for a few minutes at a time. This helps release tension in your muscles and joints, while also giving your mind a chance to slow down. • Sound Bath: while you’re resting in the yoga poses, soothing sounds from instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, or chimes are played. The vibrations can help you feel deeply relaxed, almost like you’re being “bathed” in sound. Together, it’s a peaceful experience for both your body and mind—like a mix of gentle stretching and a calming meditation with music.
