Bronze Forest is an 8x10” photo and acrylic paint collage on handmade paper embedded with seeds, sealed with cold wax. This is another artwork included in our Experimental Artists of the South Bay (EASB) exhibit at Destination: Art in Torrance, CA. I highly recommend seeing all the work in person! Reception Sunday Oct 25 3-5p. Destination: Art website 🔗 in bio.

What I love most about real estate is that it is never really about the house.

It is about the two sisters who had a dream of owning a little place at the beach together. A place to bring their families. A place to create memories. We found it. A small triplex. Nothing fancy. Nothing huge. Just perfect for them.

It is about the veteran who finally has a place to call his own. The senior who is rightsizing into the next chapter of her life. The first time buyer who did not think they could do it until we figured it out together.

I have been doing this since 1992. And what keeps me coming back is not the transactions. It is the people.

Sometimes you are not just buying a property. You are creating a place that keeps the people you love connected.

That is why I love real estate. That is why I show up every single day. And that is why I will always be your forever agent.

The life of a South Bay realtor looks a little different from the outside.

Coffee in hand. Phone buzzes. Another one sold. Back to the lockbox to make absolutely sure it's locked. Then back again just to be safe. And one more time with photographic evidence.

This is the job. And honestly I would not trade it for anything.

It was HIS birthday AND our anniversary!! I knew I had to do something BIG… so naturally, I booked a helicopter 🚁✨

When we walked in to check in, I told the guy at the front desk, “He doesn’t know what we’re doing. It’s a surprise.”

My dude understood the assignment immediately: “Oh, well we’ll get you ready for your submarine ride.” 😂🤿

The flight from Long Beach to Catalina was only 15 minutes, with a beautiful sunrise the whole way. We arrived in STYLE and had even more of the day to explore the island. A win win win all around 🌅🌴

I think I nailed the surprise 🤭 Thank you, Maverick Helicopters, for a great ride!

Would you fall for the submarine story? Richard did for a min😂

Where the Ocean Plays

Palos Verdes, California

Was on a secret mission earlier today on the Palos Verdes Peninsula and decided to stake out my favorite whale spotting vantage point for a couple of hours just in case one of our gigantic friends happened to be swimming south.

No luck on that front today but right before sunset I spotted a large pod of dolphins far off shore and sent the drone out to capture some fun shots as they raced around, jumped, dove, played and (presumably) fed far off the coast. Always a bit of a thrill to follow these big groups.

Many of the captures are much better in wide format so I will make a separate YouTube cut to post on my channel.

Let me know what you think of these playful ocean creatures in the comments!
