Snippets of summer ✨

7 days left -and as I reflect I can’t help but look up and thank God for every moment that passed. July you were a fast one but when I began posting these pics I realized something.

I really tried to be intentional this summer and yet I would still beat myself up a lot with my work load. But looking back, I was intentional. I was in the moment. I did lean in and I was present. And wow, look at all we did. 💜

Being a working mama has always proved challenging and the summer balance is never perfect. But even last night while playing a board game with my boys, they looked at me when we finished and said, “Mom, you’re the best. I love you so much.”😭

That’s it. That’s the thing. And that’s the truth I need. So maybe I worked all summer, but I also Momm’ed hard and loved hard and gave space for what mattered.

Hope everyone enjoys their last snippets of summer and gives each other hugs and high fives for how awesome you were.

CDMX to Cancun. It’s hard to put into words how proud I am of my sons and my brother right now.
My older son, Austin, just graduated and has already landed his first job working in the camera department on a feature film in Mexico City. Hearing the excitement in his voice and seeing him step into this next chapter has been truly incredible.
The film, De Noche, directed by my brother Todd, nearly fell apart—but through his creativity, determination, and resilience, it’s now in full production. Watching him push through and bring this project to life has been nothing short of inspiring.
My younger son, Ryder, continues to impress me every day—thriving in school, competing in sports, and managing it all while staying grounded with a great group of friends during his sophomore year.
And through it all, my wife, Pamala, my LG, has been our rock—our breath of fresh air every day—making us smile and always making sure we’re taken care of.
This trip has been a roller coaster—full of highs and lows—but we showed up for each other. We’re stronger, more resilient, and closer because of it.

Norway 🇳🇴 & Copenhagen 🇩🇰

Girls gone fishing & fjording and training & tramming and boating & saunas, and 3AM Northern Lights hunt (fail), and so much more…
all while experiencing all 4 seasons in the same hour.

Oh my goodness.
Norway is straight outta National Geographic and if you would have told me that onboard a fishing boat in weatherproof coveralls just above the Arctic Circle was going to be my new happy place - I wouldn’t have believed it.
Lofoten Islands, Norway for the win!

So much fun and so many laughs.
