💌 A love letter to Patagonia Granite

“Not your mama’s granite”

A long running favorite material of mine since my first stone yard trip as a little baby junior designer, it was only fitting that she should be the recipient of my first love letter.

If you’re tired of the same veining moment everyone and their mother is doing right now, this is your girl. Layered, actually durable, visually unhinged in the best way — and she’s literally made from ancient volcanic magma that’s been crystallizing for millions of years.

Here are some of my favorite installs (including a bathroom vanity design for @3rinteriors by yours truly).

Just don’t backlight it or we’re not friends 😉,

A colored 2D floor plan isn’t just a technical drawing - t’s a powerful visual tool! As an architectural illustrator, I transform black-and-white layouts into engaging, easy-to-understand illustrations in Procreate, perfect for:

✔ Real estate listings- Attract buyers with clear, vibrant layouts.
✔ Client presentations- Make designs more accessible and impressive.
✔ Marketing materials- Stand out with visually appealing graphics.

A well-designed colored floor plan helps clients visualize the space instantly- adding warmth, clarity, and impact. Ready to upgrade your project? Let’s create something stunning! ✨

✨ 2D Floor Plan in Color ✨
In this reel, I’m showing how I create a 2D floor plan: clear, colorful, and easy to read.
Such plans help designers and architects quickly see the idea: proportions, zoning, and atmosphere - all in one image.

🎨 I add details, textures, and mood so the plan is not just technical, but also inspiring.

Why designers order a SKETCH ?

⚫️ Visualization: A sketch helps in visualizing the design concept and allows the designer to communicate their ideas with clients.

⚫️ Planning and Designing: Sketching can be an effective tool for planning and designing interior or exterior spaces. It helps to explore different design options, layouts, and configurations before moving to the final design stage.

⚫️ Conceptualization: Sketches are often used to explore and develop initial design concepts. They allow designers to experiment with different shapes, forms, and colors without committing to a particular design.

⚫️ Communication: Interior or exterior sketches are a great way to communicate design ideas and concepts to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

⚫️ Problem-solving: Sketches can also be used to solve design problems that may arise during the project. They allow designers to quickly brainstorm solutions and make changes to the design as needed.

In summary, interior or exterior sketches are an essential part of the design process, serving as a visual tool to aid in the planning, conceptualization, and communication of design ideas.

🔥 If you have an idea I could help you to turn it on great project!
