We're delighted to share that The Barton Grill at The K Club has been shortlisted for Fit Out Project of the Year – Hospitality (Restaurant & Bar) at the Fit Out Awards 2026. 🥰

Inspired by the heritage of The K Club, the Barton family's wine legacy, and the surrounding Straffan landscape, Barton Grill was designed as a unique dining destination that seamlessly transitions from a bright and welcoming breakfast setting to an elegant evening restaurant. Rich materiality, bespoke detailing and carefully curated artwork combine to create an experience that is both timeless and contemporary.

A huge congratulations to our team, clients and project partners whose creativity, collaboration and craftsmanship brought this project to life. We're incredibly proud to see it recognised among this year's finalists!

Pilates & Prosecco….is there a better corporate networking event? 🧘‍♀️🥂

Last night we delivered a Pilates session to @greshamofficefurniture & @panazfabrics. After the session the teams then had the opportunity to network and build relationships with their clients. All while enjoying some Fizz and Sushi!

The woven character of Cashel by @panazfabrics alongside the rich, tactile finish of Panaz velvets.

Checks meet plains. Soft meets softer.

Cashel pairs naturally with Panaz velvet collections, giving hospitality designers more ways to layer colour, pattern and softness across the wider interior scheme.

And the softness doesn’t come at the expense of practicality. Flame-retardant performance and cleanability help these tactile finishes work beautifully in hospitality interiors designed for everyday use.

Which pairing would you choose?

9k Followers & Counting!

When I started nefarious in 2020 the aim was to create interiors full of personality that were individual and never dictated by a rule book.

Since then there has been bold colour, patterned ceilings, hand painting and more conversations about the exact shade of neutral I’d care to admit! We’ve done everything from one of bathrooms to full on restaurants and doggy day cares!

So a huge thank you to everyone who follows, comments, shares, recommends us and most importantly trusts us with their projects.

Here are 9 things we’ve learnt along the way! And apparently the next stop is 10k!
