Panuozzo al Tartufo …… Fresh from the oven, this panuozzo arrives with a crackling crust and a smoky, wood-fired aroma that fills the air before the first bite. Inside, juicy Italian sausage mingles with sweet peppers and caramelized onions, their flavors deepened by the heat of the oven and layered with melted provolone that stretches with every pull.

A drizzle of truffle honey weaves through the sandwich like liquid gold, balancing savory richness with a delicate sweetness and earthy depth. The contrast is irresistible—smoke and spice from the sausage, sweetness from the onions and honey, and the unmistakable umami of truffle lingering on the palate.

Rustic, indulgent, and unapologetically Italian, this is comfort food elevated: a perfect marriage of wood-fired tradition and modern decadence, wrapped in the crisp embrace of freshly baked panuozzo bread. 🍯🍄🔥🇮🇹
