Diary — 27 October 2025

I’m thankful for today.
For seeing the most beautiful garden,
and finding the old skin of a little snake.

For the leaves turning orange and yellow,
for the pink light on the mountains,
and for my friends.

I’m thankful for my second Törggelen being sober —
still laughing, still feeling close,
still myself.

For a Sunday I’ll carry with me,
quiet and full of warmth
