Passion.

Something I’d say I’ve never lacked.

Genuine goosebumps looking back at all this and how far I’ve come.

AUGUST!!!
Mile PR: 5:36

Sub 20 5k’s: 3x PR 18:31

Had first 50 mile week

Ran 200 miles in the month

Today will make the streak 63 days straight of running 2 or more miles everyday
BIGGEST TAKEAWAY FROM AUGUST
Don’t compare your running to others. If you ran 20 miles or 400 miles in the month. What is hard for everyone looks different. Don’t get caught up in comparing yourself to others. If you want to compare yourself to anyone compare yourself to yesterday’s version of yourself.

Some of my favorites from this past week.

Stage shots 🔜

Overall very happy with what is now. What used to be a figment of my imagination truly is my reality.

Blessed to be able to pursue what I love.

And the unwavering support of those close to me.

The journey in itself was the reward and I’m so thankful for it.

This won’t be the last time that’s for sure.

Beyond excited for what the lord has in store for me.

Unapologetically unique.

Energy is radiant.

You attract what you put out.

God is good.

Satisfy your soul not society.

Four weeks left to dig.

I will be no doubt bringing the best version of myself yet to the stage.

If you’ve trained at District for more than five minutes, you know Ty is always willing to show you what’s up.

Today he’s walking through why the Leverage Row is one of his favorite back exercises and how to use it correctly.

Had the opportunity to capture a mental health-focused shoot for @district507gym.

The gym has always been my place of peace - a place where I could quiet the internal battles and work through whatever life threw at me. So seeing a gym intentionally make men’s mental health a focal point of their message, and trusting me to help tell that story, was something I’m incredibly grateful for 🫂
