Last year in December we held an event at @factory_international to celebrate 30 years of @paperecordings and 10 years of @sprechenmusic which saw us collaborate and bring @hplindstrom with the @vaalerengamannskor & @martinhorntveth to perform an incredible live performance of The Little Drummer Boy 🙌 🥁

The whole event was filmed by the brilliant @jod.ie.krakowski who; along with today’s Q&A shoot between Ben, Pete & Chris, will be made into a short film about the experience to be released next year!

Deep House Norway 1990s and 2000s.

From Norway, we are looking at Erot, Bjorn Torkse, Rune Lindbæk, Kahuun, Addvibe, Sotofett and Fettburger. Labels like Groovecentral, Full Pupp, Smalltown Supersound and Beatservice. The Skansen club is important here. Bugge Wesseltoft as House adjacent? Perhaps also Beady Belle when remixed? See also some singers called Mari and Ane. We skip Nordic Nu Disco and the likes of Lindstrom, Prins Thomas and Todd Terje for today. Our focus is mid 1990s to late 2000s. And as ever, this is a personal take on Deep House from the region.
