A day in the life of a writer. Normally, I’d have a bit more writing in my day, but I actually finished my second draft the night before, so I spent the day running errands and celebrating by exploring new places in the city.

I picked up a gorgeous new fountain pen as a reward for all my writing at @paperwingscincy and stopped in at @coffee_emporium which was a fun and unexpected spot that I’d love to go to and write at.

This a typical abnormal day for me where I go with the flow and see where things take me. I’m always pleasantly surprised by something.

- Juneteenth recap -

I was so tired after this 😂

How did you celebrate Juneteenth?

Guys I had a great time celebrating Juneteenth this past weekend. I went to a black excellence expo and a fashion show hosted by @tappedent at @esotericbeer lots of fun.

Met new people and supported my fashion designer friend @akil.made and WOW she’s so talented. I loved her pieces, I definitely need to get one for myself.

I brought the cutest bag charm from @onewerkaround, and tried @kayscookiejarr strawberry crumb cake.
I can’t avoid an all pink table💕

I got my mom out the house too, because twister (my twin sister 🌪️) is out for the count. She got a toothache y’all pray for her please. 🙏

Stopped by @cin.sei to try their watermelon matcha, if you missed it, I’m sorry for you. It is so refreshing. 🍉

We wondered into @paperwingscincy because I have a stationary obsession and I couldn’t resist not stopping in.

I also visited @beesbarbecue, they have the most unique fries.

I met so many creative and beautiful people 😊 it just brings so much joy to my heart.

Anyways I’ll keep you posted.
