She can make any moment look unforgettable. But the future she wants most is one where her mother never has to pack again. Meet ANAIS SANTIAGO—18, Puerto Rican American, raised in the Bronx. Creative. Outspoken. Funny enough to turn an ordinary night into a story worth telling. Her phone is usually up. Her guard is, too. Swipe to meet her family: MARISOL — Her mother. Loving, resilient, and the person at the heart of Anais’s biggest dream. CARMEN — Her grandmother. Proud, warm, and completely unfiltered. If there’s a milestone, she’s recording it—and waving until somebody notices. JULIAN — Her cousin. Resourceful, funny, and bringing the friends a chance at paid event work this summer. Borrowed gear. Real responsibilities. A reason to show up ready. Anais’s dream? “A place for my mother. Where nobody can tell her we gotta leave.” Behind the jokes and the camera is someone who wants her family to feel safe. What would you risk to give the people you love a place to stay? At Marco’s family table, everybody has advice. Everybody says it’s love. Everybody wants him to listen. Meet MARCO BELLINI—18, Italian American, raised in Howard Beach, Queens. Athletic. Steady. A dry sense of humor that can cut through almost any argument. Almost. Swipe to meet the Bellinis: FRANK & TERESA — His parents. Frank believes in hard work and a future Marco owns. Teresa keeps the family close, even when the conversation gets heated. ROSA — His grandmother. Three sons. One table. She still gets the last word. ANTHONY — His uncle and an NYPD officer. Protective, watchful, and always asking the next question. VINCENT — His mob-connected uncle. The expensive suit. The easy smile. The offer that sounds too good to turn down. Marco’s dream is his own: “Sports rehab. Eventually my own practice.” But keeping the peace gets harder when the people you love want different things for you. If everyone says they’re protecting you, whose advice do you trust? BLOOD BETWEEN US • By Ocean Films • Created by Daniel Chin-Choy. A comic series being developed into an animated series. She knows the difference between a gift and a favor you’ll have to repay. RAFA — His uncle and Elena’s brother. Charming. Generous. Hard to read. When Rafa offers help, Diego is learning to ask what comes with it. Diego’s dream? “My own business. My mother takes a day off and doesn’t call it an emergency.” He wants to build something of his own. But family already has doors open for him. Meet LEAH BAPTISTE—18, raised in Flatbush, Brooklyn, with Afro-Caribbean roots and a family whose love comes with plenty of jokes, questions, and opinions. Grounded. Caring. Direct.
