Record store show in Laguna Beach last nt was my first acoustic set in years. Fun to test out a simple parlor guitar for an intimate time at the lovely, age-old @soundspectrum that’s been around since 1967. Thanks to @origamighosts and @datamapsmusic for their own special sets and to the folks who came and listened so intently.

This week’s @democrasheorg benefit show in LA was a moving night of music and poetry. We raised awareness and over $1,100 in support of DemocraShe’s mentorship programs for high-school girls across the country and @scribble.community’s local mental health services. Thank you to all the performers and loving supporters who attended, and special thanks to my non-LA family and friends who still supported from afar through ticket sales and direct donations. ✨❤️

Additional thanks to @babyrobotmedia @peeply for their caring help with posters and promotion. 🫂

A night of music and poetry to raise funds for a grassroots LA-based nonprofit run by a small team of women that provides mentoring to h.s. girls across the country.
