Odlična atmosfera, hrpa smijeha, puno penjanja i još više dobre energije.

Mini project done! Not being able to get my foot onto the foothold on move 3 made that move super desperate for me! All the more satisfying to get it done.

After my last comp in Laval, I decided to work on engaging my left foot more and really committing to left-foot beta instead of trying to make the able-bodied beta work. I’m trying to bring that into my route climbing too. Let’s see how it pays off at my next two comps in Korea and Japan in a couple of weeks!

(And yes… I know. But the gym was closed, and I pay the bills… so bite me. 😇)

Last weekend was intense all the way!

Saturday morning hard rain hit the Frankenjura. 100% humidity. The rocks were condensed in the morning and I doubted to even boulder…BUT Midday the sun ☀️ came out and the wet rock dried quick.

I warmed up properly, brushed the holds as good as possible and then gave „Kim Wall“ a solid flash go by falling at the very end🤦🏻‍♂️😄 it was a huge fall but I hit the pad perfectly🍀🎥

Then I fell 4 more times at this last hold before the final jug due of slipping out of this tiny pocket and once by messing up the beta in the middle🤦🏻‍♂️🎥

6th go was the send😄 best!

The bouldering season just started🔥👌

V- Power (V7) 😄🌟

I always knew I would do this problem someday. It is one of the first I ever saw. I threw my back out walking out. Been walking like a Lego man.

Don’t you love when a good plan starts coming together? 🤗

That’s exactly how I’m feeling right now.

Since Innsbruck, I’ve been putting in some serious work to get ready for @adaptiveclimbersfest. And lately, I’m starting to feel that shift—that feeling when all the little pieces of a training plan begin to add up and the work starts paying off.

One of the most important (and humbling) parts of training is being willing to face your weaknesses. And trust me… I’ve got plenty. 😂

It’s not always easy to spend your time working on the things you’re not good at. But that’s where the growth happens. You get a little stronger, a little more confident, and hopefully a little better at doing the things that once felt so truly hard.

Now I’m just really stoked to head up next week, put it all to the test, and see how the pieces come together.

Access Fest 2026 P3

After winning access fest last year in the Para C category I chose to challenge myself more this year in the Para B category instead. I wasn't even expecting to make finals, so I was psyched to scrape into finals in 4th (only separated by number of attempts on the qualifier blocs). After a hard fight on the finals blocs I managed to bump up into a podium spot and take the bronze medal 🥉

Video shows my favourite finals bloc, at a little over 2x speed as I was up there for over 2 minutes! (Thank god for that route climbing endurance 😂)

Thanks to everyone involved in organising and setting for the event, it was a terrific day!

I was the very last climber of the day at the World Climbing Para Series Salt Lake City 2026 qualifications. Alone on the wall, with the whole crowd behind me ✨

I remember sitting there, munching on my gummy clusters and watching all of the other AL2 girls on this route. Waiting my turn and looking for any little pieces of beta I could pick up, especially for a high right foot move that I wasn’t sure I could do. It slowly dawned on me that I was the only AL2 girl there with a right-side amputation, so I was going to have to figure it out for myself

As it turned out, all I really needed to do to was trust myself (and my foot), because despite some hesitation I sailed through that move with no problem (lemme know if you can tell which move I’m talking about!)

There’s something to be said about being limited by the expectations we put on ourselves (for another day), but I’m happy that I’ve at least been able to smash those expectations for myself again and again throughout my competition career. And I hope that I can keep doing that (or alternatively, actually believing in myself would be cool too 🙃)

Take me back

#summerholidays2026☀️🌿
Brittany🇫🇷

The first day bouldering in Saintgénolé 🇫🇷
Sharp Granit, windy conditions, great access via bicycle, best company @crinaru and my son👌

🎥 the first Boulder I saw coming to the parking.
The next day I got the info that I added a sitzstart to an existing problem. The most obvious line on that bloc with delicate moves. It was so much fun to climb in this breathtaking area👌💎so good!

To be continued..!!
