Murphy understood the assignment. 🌈🐾

One thing I’ve learned building @paradoxretail is that people do their best work when they feel safe enough to be themselves.

Not because they fit a mold. Because they don’t have to.

Not because we all think the same.
Not because we all come from the same experiences.

But because different perspectives make us better.

Better leaders.
Better teammates.
Better humans.

In a world that can feel heavy, divided, and quick to put people into boxes, creating space for people to show up authentically as themselves feels more important than ever.

That’s something I believe this month and every month.

Plus, let’s be honest… Murphy just wanted an excuse to carry around a tiny flag and get extra attention. 🌈🐾

Some of my giiiiirllllss 😭 they’re changing their lives, changing the world, building their dreams. They’re leading with passion, empathy, intuition, and authenticity.

I didn’t pick a word of the year this year, but I think 2026’s word is “Flourish”.

The right people keep coming in to my path, the relationships are reciprocal, the work is meaningful and life-giving. And after an excavation and pruning season that I thought would never end? I’m overwhelmed with gratitude.

I’m starting to believe this is a movement of empowering and equipping women to become visible. I’m owning the fact that I’m building something (and just so you know? I’m building it with you in mind and a seat just for you 🖤✨)

Something I notice in almost every woman I work with at this level —

The thing that once felt like hers starts to feel like a weight she's carrying instead of a life she's living.

Not because anything went wrong. Not because she made the wrong choices.

Just because somewhere in the building of it all she stopped being inside of it and started being managed by it.

And she is so good at what she does. So capable. So skilled at holding everything together.

That nobody around her — including her — can quite name what's actually happening.

Until someone does.

I'm that someone and that's the work.

Not fixing. Not rebuilding from scratch. Just seeing the woman underneath everything she's built — and helping her actually inhabit her life instead of just running it.

Swipe through to read what two years of that looked like for @allishawatkins , Founder and CEO of @paradoxretail . 🤍

If this sounds like someone you love — send it to her. The right words at the right moment change everything.

Two seats open in my private 1:1 mentorship. Six months. All of it, together.

DM me HOLY YES to inquire.

This is where the quantum, corporate, and divine intertwine. ✨

You are so loved. Now go be visible and seen. 💋

Whether she’s making business moves, being a mom, or just living her best life, her hair is ALWAYS on point—and that’s exactly how we like it. Because when your hair looks this good, everything else just falls into place. 💅🏼

Wow, 5 years. Feels like yesterday and also 5 lifetimes ago. Reflecting on my journey as an entrepreneur over the past 5 years. So many stories to one day tell and so many emotions…but most of all, PROUD. Thank you all for your unwavering support. Most days this journey can feel lonely but there is no way you can do it alone. I sincerely appreciate every single person who has and still continues to support our team. Cheers to the next 5. Thank you.✨
