Brenda appreciation day ♥️ Brenda has been by my side through so many projects, even before we officially started working together long before Parallel began. I feel incredibly lucky to work with someone I admire so much. The depth of her knowledge about color and design is hard to put into words even if we have polar opposite taste . She notices details most people would never think to look for and the amount I’ve learned from her over the years is honestly a little ridiculous. She’s one of the most talented people I know and one of the sweetest how she hasn’t killed me yet is also a mystery because there has been plenty of times she should have. It’s an honor to make things with her figure things out alongside her and occasionally watch her notice that a color is slighty wrong from across the room. We also have a thing for tails lights.

I had the honor of celebrating Sandra Button’s retirement this year by designing a custom, limited-edition scarf inspired by one of her favorite cars in her collection her yellow Mercedes-Benz SL. The design came together as a celebration of Sandra the car and Pebble Beach a place that means so much to the automotive world. A huge thank you to @soonhagerty and @theleasequeen for bringing such an incredible group of women together and making the entire afternoon so special. It was pretty amazing to see the scarves come to life and be gifted to such an extraordinary group. This was also my first foray into doing car drawings and definitely won’t be my last.
