Ever wondered what ballet dancers are really thinking? 🩰✨

We asked them the questions everyone wants to know the answers to:

• What’s your favorite food before a performance?
• If you weren’t a ballet dancer, what would you be instead?
• How many pairs of pointe shoes do you usually go through in one season?
• Do you follow a strict diet?
• What’s your favorite pre-stage ritual?
• Is there an age limit for starting ballet?
• What’s one piece of advice you’d give to your younger self—or to a young dancer?

Some answers might surprise you. 💭

Which question would you ask a ballerina? Leave it in the comments—we might feature it in the next video. ⬇️

What’s in a ballerina’s bag? 🩰

Every ballerina’s bag tells a different story. Some pack snacks, some bring endless hairpins, some never leave home without a foam roller.

But one thing almost every ballerina carries? Pointe shoes. They’re the true essential.

What’s one thing you can never forget before your workout or training? 👇
