Join us for a hands-on gazpacho workshop and discover why this cold tomato soup is Spain’s ultimate answer to surviving scorching summer days. Together we’ll chop, taste, blend and season our way to the perfect bowl, sharing a few tips, stories and secrets along the way. No cooking experience required, just a willingness to get your hands dirty (with tomatoes, not actual dirt). At the end, we’ll all enjoy the gazpacho we’ve made together, because food always tastes better when everyone has had a hand in making it. 🍅

After the workshop, stay a little longer to enjoy an escabeche sandwich prepared by Mange Quoi. Traditionally, escabeche is a Spanish method of preserving food by marinating it in vinegar, oil and spices, a technique that made it ideal for journeys and long travels. Mange Quoi reimagines this centuries-old tradition through the ingredients and flavours of Brussels, creating a sandwich that celebrates movement, adaptation and the meeting of cultures. It’s the perfect way to end the experience and continue the journey, one bite at a time. 🧂
