My sweetheart, Milind. ❤️ @parekhmel He’s sweet, handsome, loving, an incredible tennis player, world traveler, great coffee maker and mine for the past 2.5 years.
.
*He requested that I post this photo of us on my social media. 🤣 I asked why not on his social media? He said just because he’s not on social media but I am… so here we are. ❤️

It’s been the longest week, but so grateful this guy came out and joined me at @beerheadbar_ tonight AND brought his beautiful family. 🥰

What does your instructor do when you have to hold a minute and a half Plank? 😏💀

Perhaps tell their story about their first time they heard rock music? 🎶 😃

Sound on to check out my first intro to Rock music and a Rock band! 🤘👩‍🎤

Now, I'm not much of a Rock music kinda gal, but there are few bands like the one I mentioned in this video that will forever be my fav 🤩🤩 #rockmusic

Guns 'n Roses, Bryan Adams, Roxette -- these were my other fav rock / pop rock bands growing up in India. All the other music I had access to was mostly pop & bollywood music 🎶

When the music is right, like it is with @warriorrhythm - it makes things like a minute and a half planks go by so much faster 😄🙌

Did you or do you have a fav Rock band? And a memory linked to it? 🎶🥰

Family Thanksgiving shenanigans🤩🧡
No one wanted to dance while in food coma... 😉
This is the most they agreed to in terms of physical activity for a Reel🤣
#familyreels

Hope y'all had a great Thanksgiving Holiday! Here's to last week of November & a new week 🤩🙌
Also, a very Happy Birthday to my little Brother @yasharkyash 🥳🥳🥳

Reminder: during this season & month of Giving, Give to YOURSELF -- make time to plan movement & choose to fuel not fill your body 💪💪 Cuz it will only make this Season even more Joyful 😍😍
#prioritizeyourself #youhaveachoice

Happy everything from my Family to Yours! 🧡😍🙏

Throwback to our Haunted House this year 💀👻🎃
Took me a while to edit this video... phew 🤪 #betterlatethannever

Showing parts of the haunted house by night & day in this video -- cuz you can see how much thought & work was put into it by the masterminds - my hubby & 10yr old daughter 🤩 with a few inputs from me & 13yr old daughter 🤩

And part of the super amazing Scaring crew were my cousin Mel @parekhmel and sweet & super talented Leslie @lesntexas 🥰🥰 #friendlikefamily

Oh yes... Haunted House is a very important family event 😁👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 #familyevent

Happy Sunday y'all 🥳🙌👻🎃🤩💗

🥳 Happy birthday to the soul who inspired Aya Bliss! @tinarani

Aya Bliss started because my sister, my best friend who I thought would always be here, decided to take her life. 💔

The micro-dose, which we were to do together, was on its way from Peru.
Three weeks after she was gone, the very first batch of extract arrived from Peru. I was numb. “How could this have happened?” is all I could think about.

Still in shock, this beautiful extract sat in the freezer. November, December, January, February went by and finally! Me not wanting to go back on meds, I mixed the first batch.

It took two years of making sure the Banisteriopsis Caapi was an extract I wanted to provide to the public but alas, now everything was in Tina’s hands, it was no longer my decision to make.

She has been the guiding force to bring Aya Bliss into the forefront to those looking to maintain a balanced mind, body and spirit.

Please comment below “Happy Birthday Tina!”. Together let’s celebrate her and let her feel the love she didn’t feel when she was on earth.

Thank you ALL for being on this journey with me and
Aya Bliss. 🙏🏽
