We don’t find happiness, we create our own happiness.
We don’t find arts, the art finds the beautiful souls that ready to witness them.

Arts are out there everywhere and they’re right within you, whether you are looking for and realizing it or not.
In the museum and art galleries of course, but most of the time, art just presents itself in your daily life, in a small and simple things, naturally.

Sincerely me, circa 2024.

It’s a wrap! 🌍✨

The first edition of the Art & Environment Festival has come to an end, and we’re excited to share some highlights from this major new chapter for Art of Change 21.

The Festival opened with the International Art & Environment Forum at @lafayetteanticipations, bringing together artists, museums, galleries, collectors, and policymakers for a day of inspiring discussions on how the cultural sector can address and accelerate climate action.

The conversations continued across exhibition venues: first through our first ‘Zoom Environment’ during Paris Gallery Weekend, then at Pantin Cemetery for the opening of POUSH’s latest exhibition ‘Demeure’.

Another key moment was the 4th EcoDesign Art Prize ceremony at the @palaisdetokyo. Each year, the Prize supports 12 artists in developing more environmentally responsible practices through dedicated training and workshops at Palais de Tokyo, as well as new Circular Tours exploring pioneering circular economy initiatives across Greater Paris.

The Festival concluded during Nuit Blanche with Fabien Léaustic’s ‘Hello World’, a powerful installation translating the findings of the latest IPCC report into Morse code signals projected onto the light installation at the Mairie du 3e.

A huge thank you to all the artists, speakers, participants, partners, and supporters who made this first edition possible.

See you in 2027 to continue mobilising for the environment through art and culture. 💚

ENTANGLEMENT
──────

After the Roll (2026) on the left · Before the Break (2026) on the right. Two canvases, 80 × 70 cm each, hung in dialogue at @markhachemgallery.

Every still life has always been a quantum system. The seventeenth-century Dutch painters knew this without making a show of it: the fruit will be eaten, the glass will be drained, the candle is still smoking. They chose the precise instant of their painting with extraordinary care.

I took the implicit physics and made it the explicit subject. On the left, the dice have just landed — chance has already spoken. On the right, the 5 and 10 pool balls are racked, opposing teams aligned — chance is waiting.

A pair of canvases held on either side of the event.

The show runs through 18 June.
