I don’t know why God has chosen you to live a normal, that is not normal. I hope and pray you grow up and see His hand all over your life. I hope that if you walk through days questioning why you have to take medication twice daily & why you have to have routine bloodwork and go to special doctors visits that you see a testimony that will touch others. I hope and pray you give Him Glory all the days of your life. On this day I sat in a restaurant next to someone who also has suffered from a very young age and all I can see when that person was telling me their story is a testimony. The person telling me their story is now being used of God more than they even see it, they have a servants heart and one of the kindest souls. You would never know the thing they live with and the suffering they go through, because they suffer well! They let the joy of the Lord be their strength 🫶🏻 I hope you grow up to be like them. Keep being the joyful guy God made you to be. You suffer well, and honestly it’s a beautiful thing to see 🩵

When I first became a mom to Oliver, I thought I would still be able to do all the things I used to do, and he would just tag along and learn from me that way. About 3 months in I realized that would not be the motherhood I was called to. I couldn’t keep up, I couldn’t do all the things and be present for my baby boy. Other’s may be able to do that, but that’s not what God made me to be. I had to take a step back from a whole lot. A lot of things I loved to do. It was hard at first, but I quickly realized the great gift God had placed in front of me after over 7 years of waiting. My calling above any other calls in this life was always to be a mother. When I was waiting I had the opportunity to be a motherly figure to so many. My job from the time I was 18 to 30 was taking care of someone else’s children in some capacity, and in different ways I still am able to do that. But my number 1 calling today is to raise my boy and soon to be boys to be the men of God they were placed on this earth to be. I miss some of the things I used to be able to do, but I am honored and humbled to be able to raise a few good men. To walk this earth and be impactful for God’s kingdom 🫶🏻 WHAT A LIFE 🥹 This is not a suppressed life, this is a life of freedom. This is a life that is learning it’s not all about me, never has been and never will be. I am content and my heart is full 🤍
