Big week for us Bankheads!
•Johnny started Monday at KD Conservatory (an acting and film school in Dallas) and so far is really loving it😉
•He already auditioned for their musical, Addams Family and got the part of Gomez! 👏🏼 We can’t wait to see him the weekend OF Julia’s wedding and the weekend after🙃
•Jacob had his first 7th grade theatre program. A medley from Les Miserables🎭
•Plus he’s playing tackle football and really enjoys it! 🏈
•Julia and Parker had their couples shower. It was very sweet to see how loved they both are! Thank you to their hosts: Melanie Davis, Elizabeth Winn, Julie Rogers and Julie Taft. So sweet of them!🐟🐟
•Jason continues to lead our marriage ministry with ReEngage every week….and then works hard to help married couples STAY married! 💕
•And I am still alive…..full time Realtor (closed on a house this week👏🏼), full time wedding planner (mom-edition!🫠) and pretty much just trying to keep it together these last few weeks before my baby girl becomes a Mrs🥹

I don’t post often because, well my life right now 😆….but after November 1st, you’ll see me more often! 🙌🏼

No amount of words could begin to describe how much this place and these people mean to me. When I said yes to an intern position at FBC 4 years ago, I had no idea how the Lord would move in such miraculous ways and use ME of all people for that matter!! But that’s the beauty of who God is, He takes the most ordinary things and uses them for His glory. This place has given me so much that I can never repay, and I still believe that the best is yet to come!! Thank you Jesus for the years of joy, laughter, tears, and everything in between!! Onto the next adventure!!

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
-Jeremiah 29:11❤️

…Thanksgiving 2025! So much time with extended family and since we only do the big family Thanksgiving once every other year, they all got to meet Parker for the first time!

**Swipe to the end to see the prank we pulled on him🫢😂

So grateful for my family, my friends, my career and especially the Lord who has been responsible for all great and amazing things in my life! 🧡

My baby girl is 💍ENGAGED💍!!! I still just can’t believe it. We are so thankful for Parker and all he’s already been to our family. And we are proud of the way they have wanted to honor the Lord with each step of their relationship.

We are excited to celebrate them in a year with a wedding I get to plan for them! 🤍

I’m so excited and pray God continues to use them and minister to them as they enter this fun and exciting new chapter of their lives.
