First day of fall break. The two kiddos and I spent the day at the zoo. We haven’t been in years and it was such a beautiful fall day! The baby gorilla and orangutan are stinkin cute! After we went to decades and looked at the vintage clothes then we met Parker at slack water pizza in salt lake. Parker is home for the weekend and excited to spend a day or two with him. Also, it’s been 11 years and that pole is still broken and will every time bring up a convo about the disaster of a day at the zoo. If you know the story, you know the story. #golfcarts #fallbreak #utahhooglezoo #utah

Spent the day up in Logan seeing Parker. It was so great seeing his face and just hanging out with the kids all together. Benny climbed trees, Averie wanted to go swimming and Parker enjoyed sibling time that I think he secretly misses. #getoutside #family #loganutah

Today we laid around in hammocks, then went to Mesa falls and walked around. After we went and saw Newsies at the island park theater. Then some corn hole and some fishing. #islandpark #fishing #cornhole

Happy 19th Birthday, PK!

I have no idea how you’re 19 already. Time just needs to slow down. I have loved watching every version of you as you have grown into this guy. (See what I did there:)

Year 18 was full of so many changes and big life adventures . We made so many fun memories together, from Disneyland to Texas to Island Park. Then we moved you up to USU and watched you figure out school, work, and adulting on your own. You had so many new things and it was so fun to hear all about it. You joined bowling club, made new friends and crushed school. We couldn’t be more proud of you.

We missed you like crazy while you were away and have loved having you home this summer.

We love your goofy personality, your ever-changing hairstyles, your crazy work stories, and hearing you laugh. You make our family better just by being you.

I hope 19 is full of new adventures, good memories, and everything you are wanting.

We love you so much. Happy Birthday, PK! ❤️

Happy Father’s Day! Thanks for all you do for our kids and for the love you have for them. Whether it’s camping, cheering from the sidelines, helping them through life’s challenges, or just spending time together, they know you’re always in their corner. We appreciate all you do and hope you have an awesome Father’s Day

I love taking film photos lately… I noticed I always end up taking a lot of Ashlee…. #1 when she is around all the kids naturally gravitate to her ( ours and any child in the river view elementary school boundaries) …. I think it’s because her smile lets her family know she loves them unconditionally …. She has an “aura” that says she’s safety for anyone around her… she made a food pantry at her school to help families in need ..because she cares unconditionally…Ashlees empathy allows her to comfort anyone and understand them…she will care for the careless … she’s the greatest woman and mother I know !! 🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻
