August you were a DREAM!

What I learned this month:

✨ Making time for people matters. I spent time with friends I haven’t seen in awhile and got a full week away with my family. Both were very needed!!

✨ Having goals doesn’t mean my life has to revolve around them. I can eat in a way that fuels my body and supports what I’m working toward while still having the treat or a few drinks when I want to.

✨ Routines don’t have to be all or nothing. I traveled a lot this month and kept the pieces of my routine that made sense. When things needed to change, I let them.

✨ How I feel in my body matters more than how I think it looks on any given day. Some days I loved what I saw and other days I didn’t as much. My body fluctuates. That doesn’t mean my progress disappeared overnight.

✨ Building a life you love can still mean a lotttt of late nights lol. I worked a ton this month but I also had the freedom to travel and work from wherever I was. Something I definitely don’t take for granted.

✨ Seeing physical changes in my clients is amazing. Hearing how much better they FEEL is even better. Getting to work with women who are excited to finally put themselves first makes me even more excited to help them get where they want to go.

✨ Teaching will always be one of my favorite parts of what I do. Getting to watch people become stronger and more confident every week is pretty cool.

Bring on September!!!

The older I get, the more I realize that if there’s something I wish existed, I don’t have to wait for someone else to make it happen.

I wanted a Fourth of July that started with morning movement… so what better way than to throw a little themed class together for me and some friends??

It also reminded me how lucky I am to have friends who show up for me, and helped make an idea come to life even better than I could have imagined! ❤️🤍💙

Who’s ready for Round 2??? 👀
