In the £2m+ market, experience matters more than ever.

The latest (TwentyCi) data reveals that only one in four listings over £2m reach exchange, which is half the succession rate under £2m.

With fiscal change in recent years & a new “mansion tax” on the way, selling Prime London property is not simply about finding a buyer, it’s as much about handling the sale.

Pleased to have secured this luxury apartment in Chelsea Barracks, for a lovely client. After a long search, this off market deal was a great reminder that priorities can change as you navigate your journey as a buyer or renter. I nearly cut this one from the tour 🙃 Glad we showed it 🙏🏼 It was a pleasure working with you on this @_laura.hutton_ 🙌🏼 @beauchampestates 🤝🏼

One of my favourite parts of working in Prime Central London is the opportunity to meet and learn from so many knowledgeable people across the industry.

A lovely summer evening spent at an exclusive open house in the heart of Marylebone, catching up with familiar faces, making new connections, and appreciating some truly beautiful design.

Congratulations to Adam and the team at Park Lord on a fabulous new instruction.

Last week I had my first open house for Park Lord and what a great one to remember.

I was delighted with the turnout and want to say a huge thank you to everyone who took the time to come along. It’s always encouraging to see so much interest and introduce our network to such a fantastic home. Whether you were actively searching, simply curious, or stopped in for a chat, I genuinely appreciate you taking the time.

It’s a privilege to represent some of London’s finest properties, and I’m grateful to do what I love every day.

We have secured 26 Curzon Street, Mayfair, as the new HQ for our client LLC Global.

After 20+ years at the top of the luxury travel industry, providing private jet charter and chauffeur services worldwide, they needed a headquarters to match their ambition.

Over 4,000 sq ft of exceptional office space in one of London’s most prestigious addresses. A brilliant building for a brilliant business to go to the next level.

Congratulations to the whole LLC Global team – excited to see what comes next. 🚀

🚀 Welcome to Soho Dumbo 🍔🍟 (was hard to keep this one quiet!)

Following the huge success of their London debut in Shoreditch, we’re delighted to have acted for Dumbo once again in securing their second London location at 37 Berwick Street, Soho, taking over the former Tommi’s Burger Joint site.

This was a highly competitive acquisition, with 10 other operators bidding for the opportunity it was one of Soho’s most wanted properties in the F&B market. We’re incredibly proud to have secured one of Soho’s best corner sites for our client.

Thank you to our joint agent Taylor Gershon
And to Daniel Rogers and Alexander Mann at Hanover Green LLP who represented the landlord Shaftesbury Capital PLC

We are actively seeking further sites for the Dumbo expansion and are exclusively retained, so please do get in touch with any great opportunities. 🍔🍟

Dumbo Soho opening soon and we cannot wait 🚀
