Gainer of doom💀

Had to dig deep for this one. Knew it was possible although very difficult to pull off. The wall behind made it super sketchy as well. Rest of my finals line went to crap but it doesn’t really matter. Glad to have pushed my mental to the max without injury’s.

Hope I get my redemption on this one day🤔

After my performance at Nordics, i had some minor injuries that wouldn’t allow me to train at full capacity. A couple visits and adjustments from my friend @styrkemags allowed me to compete at my 100%. Forever grateful for that 🙏

Love you guys

Here are my 2 combos from @parkournm that got me a place in the finals

Very happy with inward side combo, i had it in my mind for a looooooong time! Landed it even better in practice but the save during comp wasn’t bad either 😁

First ever unofficial Norwegian Championship in Parkour!!! @martinstgrd, @terje_pkfamguy and me applied as "Team Prolapse" as the old people we are 😎 Martin went into finals in Speed, none of us went further in skills, and I applied into Style for the first time. I pushed myself and had a BLAST! 😁😁😁
