🚨Let’s Go Back’s Accidental Weekender #3: Guest Takeover🚨 The weekend is nearly over, and that van only mean one thing…actually no, not this time, as the Let’s Go Back crew are having a wee day off this week. No particular reason, nobody’s deid, in the jail or no’ being allowed oot by a long-suffering Mrs* of anything. They’re just stepping aside to let some other excellent DJs come in and help you rip the arse oot the weekend instead. So this week, we’re proud to present the first-ever Let’s Go Back’s Sunday Soundclash Rave Guest Takeover!  For over three decades Stephen Brown has been one of Scotland’s most respected names in techno. Inspired by the sound of Detroit and shaped by Edinburgh’s underground scene, Stephen has taken his music from local clubs to dancefloors across Europe, releasing on some of the most influential labels in electronic music while always staying true to his roots. He’s shared stages with the pioneers, earned the respect of legends like Derrick May, and remains one of the UK’s most authentic techno artists. Matt Crainie is a 19 year-old house DJ and producer who has been playing gigs in and around Glasgow for around a year, in places like the Malborough, Vodka Wodka and many more. As a DJ, his sets are based around the deep, minimal, underground-style house. Jack Brown is the son of one of the U.K.’s top house and techno producers.  His dad has recorded for some of the world’s leading labels, and to say that being brought up in a house full of music has influenced him is an understatement. Jack has played at Stepback, Terminal V and Rush, and he also runs the Eternal party, as well as his mo’ disco and house heavy night called Parley. It’s a lovely day out there, so get yrself down here and hide from it with us in the Rave Cave. Who needs the sun when you’ve got lasers? ✊🏻🏴‍☠️💚 *we can’t really guarantee any of this tbh, each one is a constant possibility 🤷🏻‍♂️🥴 Let’s Go Back’s Sunday Soundclash Rave Guest Takeover is happening tonight in McChuill’s from 7pm to Midnight. Entry is free. #sundaysession #glasgowbar #morethanapub

First of all a massive thanks to everyone for coming down to the last party a few weeks ago helping make it such a special one! From a club packed early on, a well paced opening from @bash.man___ and an amazing live set from Izzy and Donna (@awaxbaguette) it was one of our favourite do’s we’ve thrown in the venue. We even got it all recorded for anyone who missed out so keep an ear out for those appearing soon 🦻 For our next shindig we return to the @lacheetahclub basement with two of of our favourite DJs, who we rate as some of the best young talent in the Scottish scene, joining Bash Man & Mi$$ Co$mix to take you to a world beyond with techno, breaks and acid 🧪 Both hailing from the capital @jack.b.brown and @reubenhughson have been making a name for themselves with their @parley.edi parties focussing on extended and diverse sets from locals as well as running the @eternal_edinburgh parties with @sayersisaac (check out their next event next Saturday where they host @djrolando_ in @labelleedinburgh with @pulse_edinburgh_) They both played our 2 floor special at sleazy last year on a house tip rocking the upstairs, this time they’re headlining the party bringing their wildest tunes which we’re really excited to hear! Join us for their La cheetah debut on Friday 25th of July. As always there’s a load of FREE before midnight tickets on RA alongside mostly 5r tickets to keep the party accessible for everyone ✊ #lacheetah #jackbrown #reuben #hughson #aworldbeyond #liveset #clubvideo #scottishtechno #acid #breaks #debut #whatsonglasgow #glasgowclub #glasgowclubbing #rush
