The truth is that “X” happens (insert recent experience that stands out in your mind). We place meaning “Y” or “Z” on this experience based on our own interpretations of what’s happened. We add stories and meaning to action “X” based on our experiences, projections, fears, assumptions and subconscious conditioning. These are the scripts that unconsciously control how we process and see the world, and frame the way we experience our own reality. We’re meaning-making machines and everything that happens to us is running through our own filters of interpretation. Until you become conscious of these sub-conscious beliefs that you’re running, you’re at the mercy of them & your reality will be limited by them. Which sucks right!? Especially if your it's coming from fear, scarcity or something that feels disempowering. One of the quickest ways I know to create new filters and redefine your beliefs and perceptions of the world is through The Spiral. The Spiral is a transformational method where over 8 weeks you become present to your unconscious conditioning and intentionally rewire the filters you’re using to interpret 22 core emotions and how they play out in your life. Pretty amazing huh! It’s a simple, elegant process that redefines your reality. You will neutralise your automatic interpretations, interrupt your triggers, and begin to choose your actions & beliefs from a place of empowerment, authenticity and intention. Ultimately creating a life with harmony and grounding. You become more free. You become more authentic. You live in deeper alignment with your values. This is what The Spiral Journey delivers to my clients time and time again. In the past few weeks I've heard from clients on this journey saying: "omg the fucking spiral" "I never expected it to be THIS good!" "Wow the spiral! who knew this was possible?" "I love it!" My final intake for 2023 of The Devoted Spiral is in June. There's 3 places remaining. DM me “The Devoted Spiral” to learn more about going through the spiral with me and stepping into a new way of being.
