🎄 Avon Tempo Christmas Run & Curry Night 🍛 What a brilliant way to wrap up the year. A festive run with the team, followed by curry, and a chance to recognise the amazing achievements across the club. A reminder of just how much progress, commitment, and community we’ve built together over the last 6 months! 💚 Before the celebrations, we still did what Avon Tempo does best… trained. Tuesday’s session (Christmas edition 🎅): A fun challenge, but with a clear training benefit. • 1 mile • 1 km • 400 m The rules: 1️⃣ No looking at your watch during the effort! 2️⃣ You can choose your pace 3️⃣ Predicted times had to be submitted before the session Closest predictions and bragging rights goes to @_jesshigson 🏆 #avontempo #bathtobristolcyclepath #keynsham #christmas #runclub
