@kesem_ucdavis — thank you for letting me be a part of something so magical!

We just had our annual Make the Magic gala after nine months of planning, and somehow in one night, we raised almost $90k. In all the chaos of running around all night, I was able to take a step back and look at a room filled with so much love, so much joy, and appreciate all the people who made it possible. How lucky are we!

To my two insanely talented co-coordinators, thank you for being the most supportive, creative, and hilarious people to do this with.

Losing my mom to cancer when I was 10 left a space in my heart I didn’t think could ever be filled. But Kesem did. The campers, the counselors, the magic, it’s all real!
