With so many venues in California (and so many other destinations!) having strict sound restrictions (with no amplified music outdoors after 10pm), most of our couples opt to continue the celebration with an after party. Rather than making the after party feel like an after thought, we love when our couples choose to make the after party it’s own moment. This party at @studiosoundroom (for @thrivephotoconference) served as such fun inspiration for a way to make your after party unique! From the glowing moons to the lightbulbs in the flowers, all the face glitter to the galaxy donuts from @hookandpressdonuts…it was such a fun night to design and bring to life! 🛸🌗🪐

This right here is the beauty of collaboration and trusting in your vendor team. From the amazing florals by @breannajanebotanicals, the curated ceramics and paper goods by our bride @thenuglif3 , and @jak3hanson from @bellavistadesigns taking my random calls to discuss paper lanterns… this right here is , DREAMY.

I’m so excited to share more from this day and so honored that the mega creative @thenuglif3 trusted me with her vision.

A gala isn’t complete without a champagne tower! 🥂
Pouring 🍾 with @jameswitty and toasting with the attendees was such a beautiful way to celebrate @thrivephotoconference! We are so proud of how everything turned out (still in awe of @tylerspeier and his team) and we’re honored to be a part of a week that truly changed people’s lives and businesses for the better! We’re humbled and deeply grateful, and we are already counting down the days till Thrive next year 🎉 #Adventuresofjamesandjess #santabarbara

THRIVE DAY 3! What a brilliant third day! @shaunaustin and @iamjeffkaylor knocked the final keynotes out of the park! Then we went for a sunset cruise with @sbsailing for a styled engagement session as we sipped wine and watched the California sunset🌅

Then we all dolled up for the gorgeous Gilded Age Gala with all the reds and velvets you could imagine. We began the party with a champagne tower, enjoyed phenomenal cuisine and danced the night away!

Thank you thank the amazing @bstudios_sb for this epic recap!

Wedding Tip Tuesday 📋
Repurpose your ceremony florals at your reception! They are such beautiful pieces, see if you can move them to add to your reception space. We used these aisle pieces to frame the head table! Still In love with these florals 😍
