In case you needed another reason to come back home 🧡

This.

The people you see before class.
The familiar faces on the reformer next to you.
The chats at the door that somehow turn into twenty minutes.
The teachers who know your name, your dodgy shoulder, what you’ve been up to and when you’ve been missing for a little too long 😂

We talk a lot about moving your body, feeling stronger, finding your rhythm again… but honestly, so much of what makes this place special has nothing to do with the actual exercise.

It’s the people.

It’s having somewhere to walk into and belong.

And if you’ve been meaning to find your way back to us, today is the final day of Welcome Home Week.

20% off your first month of membership with code **WELCOMEHOME**

& buy any 10-Class Pack and we’ll add your 11th class free.

Come for the Yoga. Come for the Reformer. Come because your body is asking for it. Or come because it’s just really bloody nice having somewhere that feels like yours.

Wherever you’ve been, welcome home 🧡

Ends tonight x

The sun came out and conditions cleaned up for day two of the @thinkmentalhealthwa School Surfing Titles along the metro beaches. Nothing beats surfing with your mates & it was the boys from Shenton College who took the Champion School win.

Competition continues tomorrow at Trigg!

Don’t mind the dishes. I’m opening up our cosy infrared classes for FREE this week 🔥🙌🏽
If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to work-out wrapped in a warm hug, this is for you. If you’ve ever practiced yoga in a cold hall and thought, “man this would be so much better if I wasn’t wrapped in 10 layers and could move more freely”. This is for you.
