We’re bringing a little extra flavour to Roots & Recipes this year, with @wingstopuk joining us on the 17th! 🍗✨ Good food and good company have always gone hand in hand, so it only felt right to bring Wingstop into the mix for an evening celebrating community, culture and Black joy. Big love to the Wingstop team for helping us bring everyone together around the table. 🫶🏾 See you there!

Dress code: cultural clothing, but not sure what that means for you? Here’s some inspo. Maybe it’s a fabric from home, a piece passed down from a family member, a colour that means something, or rep your flag. There’s no wrong answer here, come as you are, however that looks. DJ PASCAL is on at 8PM and she’s basically not letting us stick to one genre 😭 She plays a bit of everything, but her strongest lane is Dancehall, House / Afro House + Amapiano so expect the set to switch up, build properly and keep everyone guessing what’s coming next. One minute you’re two-stepping, next minute it’s Amapiano, then suddenly Dancehall has the whole room acting up 😭 8PM — DJ PASCAL Dancehall • House • Afro House • Amapiano No predictable set. Just vibes, switches and tunes you’ll actually want to dance to.

The Class of 2026 has arrived. 🎒 We don’t just run events. We’ve got a fashion lover who can drive a minibus, a theatre star/photographer, and a DJ who also designs clothes. GDC is growing and I could not be more proud of the people we’re building with. Every single person on this team brings something unique. We’re a kaleidoscope of benevolent chaos and a raging storm of care. Hope you’re ready. We’re just getting started.
