Track 6: Trust Me This song is about being caught between your heart and your mind. I wrote this one with my brilliant dear friend @sophiebuskin when I was living in that limbo space. You can know deep down when something isn’t right for you, but still keep going back to it. Until hopefully one day, your heart and mind finally sync up, and you stop fighting that inner feeling. You start to listen to it, trust it, and most importantly, act on it. Trust Me is about finding that clarity — letting go of what’s keeping you stuck, choosing yourself, and finally moving in the direction you already know you need to go in. It’s about trusting that feeling in your gut and letting it lead you back to yourself. 🤍
