POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Sunday at Beulah Missionary Baptist Church was nothing short of rich. From the opening worship to the final amen, the atmosphere was charged and the Spirit was undeniable. We were blessed to hear a powerful Word from Rev. Kimberly Mason entitled “How to Handle a God-Caused Shift… All God Wants Is Yes!” and listen…that message met us head on. When God initiates the shift, the only appropriate response is surrender. A clear, convicting, and necessary Word for this season, indeed! 🙌🏾

Always grateful for the opportunity to capture moments with some giants! My incredible Pastor, Jerry D. Black, the dynamic vessel of the morning Rev. Kimberly Mason, and my brother Rev. Gregory Gilliard. Iron sharpens iron, and I don’t take these connections lightly. And what a joy it was to look up and see my big cousin, Jerry Andrews Jr., in the house! Nothing like worshipping with family.

Round two took me over to Mount Moriah Baptist Church with Pastor Eric D. Hurst for the Ordination Ceremony of the newly affirmed deacons of The Mount. What a sacred and celebratory moment! So proud of my good brother, Deacon McKinley Jackson, ordained and set apart for service. Keep doing what you’ve been doing, bud! The Kingdom is strengthened when faithful men say yes!

Two services. One powerful day. And I’m leaving full‼️

What an amazing night of fellowship & worship! If you know me, you know how much I honor & love Godly connections! I’m grateful to God, for allowing me to know each of these strong men of God. An old preacher once told me, “You can tell how much God considers you, by who He places around you.” 💯🙏🏽 Pastor Eric Hurst, Pastor Michael Randle, Pastor Marvin Wiley (not pictured, but present) and Pastor Jimmy Ray Gibson…thank you!! If I remember nothing else from tonight’s service & sermon, it’s this: “Pain is inevitable, but progress is optional!” — Pastor Jimmy Ray Gibson 🙌🏾 #whataword #churchflow #familytime
