Feeling some sort of way about leaving this precious space. 🥹🥹🥹 The incubator for so much of my creativity and personal growth over the past three years, Mission yoga has been home away from home for me.

And yes, this video is super fast, but that’s exactly how the past three years have felt …compressed with learning, finding courage, discipline, strength, resiliance and joy!

I could never have imagined three years ago where I would be today. Which means I also have no vision for future me in three years. This space in between. This time of transition, it’s our perpetual state of being.

Moving from one minute to the next, one season to the next, one place to the next, I look forward to Mission Yoga version 2.0 knowing full well that more challenges and exponentially more joy awaits.

Looking back at version 1.0 I have overwhelming gratitude. Thank you @shay.kells for birthing this vision, @amandawhiteflowyo for keeping it alive, and @halfmoonyogi for carrying it into the future. Let’s go!
