So proud of my dad. In the midst of deep- profound loss, he embraced growth, healing, and purpose. Over the past four months he completed the Jay Shetty Life Coaching Certification, and my heart is full watching his strength and dedication. I know my mom is looking down, her love shining through him every step of the way. I’m so honored to be your daughter. I love you, Dad. @pat_proano

This man has been my hero these past couple of weeks (well since forever). Not to take anything away from this moment as father and daughter but just to show true admiration of his tenacity and strength. This pain is unlike anything and we have grown so much in the face of the unimaginable. Papo- you’re my hero and I admire you so much.

Happy 44th Anniversary, Mom and Dad! Your love for one another is the foundation that has shaped our family and continues to inspire me every day. Watching the way you support, care for, and laugh with each other has taught me what true love and partnership really mean. You’ve shown me that love isn’t just about the good times, but about growing stronger through challenges, always putting each other first, and never letting go. Your unwavering commitment to each other is a beautiful reminder of what it means to build a life together, with patience, kindness, and trust. Thank you for being such incredible role models of love, loyalty, and strength. Here’s to many more years of happiness and cherished memories! ❤️ #ForeverInLove #44YearsStrong

Hi! I wanted to connect on behalf of @gnarcy.amb. We've got some totally cool jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the best match to rock our latest collection of masculine accessories!

If you dig it, we'd love to hook you up with 3 pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – absolutely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcy.amb, and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙

My Dad. 🥰 The best dad ever. The best grandad ever. The most patient human. Happy birthday to the greatest. Thank you for everything you do for our family and the love that you show us daily. You are so quick to help us, support us, and love us. We can always count on you. That means everything. I am the luckiest girl in the world to call you Dad and I know Trent and Savy feel the same about calling you Papo. We love you so much and we wish you the happiest birthday! 🎂

Happy birthday to the greatest Dad in the world, @patproano_! Thank you for loving me and our family so much. I couldn’t ask for a more supportive, loving Dad. You drop everything to help me, the kiddos and the studio. You fiercely protect and support us. You light up a room when you walk in and always make us laugh with your silly sense of humor. I hope this is the best year yet. I love you to the 🌙!

Been waiting all day to post about this guy! First, we started the day with him wanting to re-tape the Marley in the studio on Father’s Day. No way would I let him do that, but that just shows his character. He is selfless down to his core. The phrase, “he’d give the shirt off his back” is an understatement for the way this man lives his life. No matter how much he gives and loves- and no matter the darkness he encounters- he remains the same positive, motivated, genuine, generous person. Thank you for being a role model to all of us Papo. Happy Daddy’s day to you! I love you forever. @patproano_ 🩰💙
