working with these guys to launch a restaurant 0-1 within the week was such an amazing experience, creating a menu and doing photos in 3 days, tastings within the week, loved all the challenges.
it’s the most enjoyable client project i’ve worked on.
watch out for @kleankhao in Bangkok, these guys are gonna blow the city off its roof.

🌄 You can have anything you want... as long as you give up the belief that you can't.

🌱Transformation comes from alchemization: the process of transmuting negative energy into positive.

🌄Two years ago I was sent to hell on Earth... and after a few weeks (thanks to Transcendental Meditation) I realised that I had the power to change my reality... so I started... and trusted in myself.

🦋Everyone has the power to achieve whatever they want IF they can let go of the belief that you can't do it.

We did it! And ended up with 2nd place!

I promised myself to enjoy my first marathon and have the best possible experience.
And I did.. I really did man.. RIGHT until they planted a freaking huge-ass, CRAZY tall, never-ending mountain in the middle of the race that absolutely destroyed my quads😂
I was prepared for some elevation, but this was literally up and down the whole time.
But dude we were getting chased by stray dogs, running next to cattle, massive wind turbines, country roads with no lights for kilometers (thank god for my torch) and Spider-Man was there!! 😂 What an experience it was

Also, I was planning for 5–6 hours of running because of all the mountains, which is why I had so many gels with me. I definitely didn’t expect to finish this fast! The carb loading up to the race was crazy too haha

I’m obviously super proud of 2nd out of 102 and proving to myself that I can run one of Southeast Asia’s hardest marathons. Massive confidence boost ngl.

But now being second means I have to come back next year and win. 😂 God damn it hahaha

Last but not least, massive thank you to the race organizers, thank you @247knowmesoon for believing in me, huge thank you to my running partner @patchadders for pushing me every week, and of course to my girls, my dad and rest of my family. Thank you so much❤️

MARATHON READY BABY 💪🏼
Actually 2.5 weeks out now as it is 9th August. It’s my first marathon. I’ve done plenty of random half marathons here and there, but never a full marathon and it comes with 1.100 meters of elevation, so it will be a nice little challenge. Runners, send me your best tips and hacks 💪🏼

Now let’s see who guessed right 👶🏼

And just for your information… I never cared whether it’s a boy or girl. That’s not what this is about.

It’s about bringing a healthy little human into this world and giving them all the love we have ❤️
