TOGETHER AGAIN ✨🥺
OUT FRIDAY 9TH OCTOBER 🎵

Something a little different from my usual covers… 🤍

“Together Again” has always been one of my favourite songs. We all know and love the iconic, uplifting original by @janetjackson, but underneath that incredible production are some of the most beautiful and emotional lyrics.

For my version, I really wanted to slow everything down and let those words sit at the heart of the song.

It’s about loving and losing someone, but also about the feeling that they never really leave us. That somehow, they’re still there in the little moments, in the places we go, in the memories we carry and in everything we do. 🥺✨

I really hope this version captures the sentiment behind those beautiful lyrics and that for anyone who has ever lost someone they love, it brings a little bit of comfort too.

I can’t wait for you to hear the full song.

Only 12 days until the album is yours!! ❤️

It’s been such a joy sharing some of it early with you at the London & Somerset listening parties. If you were there, tell me — what moment or song has stayed with you? 👀

Still so much to share, and so many stories to tell about this record. I can’t wait.

Out Sept 25th. 🫶

That's it folks! It's a wrap on Pro7ect '26. Our Autumn retreat was a roaring success! With early feedback calling it "inspiring, intense and creative" we'll take that every day of the week.

24 artists joined us to write and record 17 songs in 5 studios in 3 days!!! 🤯

As the sun rises after the last night at Rockfield we're wondering what the f*** just happened? Was that real? How much creativity can you squeeze out of 24 artists living at the Studio on the Farm in Wales? 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 17 songs worth baby!!! Written, recorded and produced… from scratch!!!

Huge thanks to all our amazing artists who showed up and brought their A game. You stood on the cliff and didn't flinch as you dove in, and for that we salute you. We hope you leave us inspired, with a sense of accomplishment and topped up on human connection, which is what this space is all about.

To our world class producers @gethinpearson @charlieeeee @patchboshell @@lewinmusician @sam_williams_music your work ethic, expertise and unique styles and approaches are the secret sauce of what makes each of these retreats so special. Thank you for giving us your time, your attention and your knowledge.

Jack and Joe, our engineer extraordinaires, it simply wouldn't be a Pro7ect retreat without you ❤️ and to Ian Wallman, your eye for capturing these moments is second to none. You can make a door handle look album cover ready and we're so grateful for the time you spend capturing it all.

Finally, but not least, thank you to Kingsley, Ann, Lisa and Amanda @rockfield_.1 for letting us call Rockfield home, and to @astringsuk for being our sponsors. Special shout out to @yamahamusiclondon, @laneyamplification and @headstockuk for the gear loans that make our writing rooms sound so pro. And Jack the cat, our musical support animal 🐾

Feeling those post retreat and masterclass blues? We're already cooking up something special for 2027. Two headliners already locked in (watch this space) and you can be first on the list for your place at www.pro7ect.com/apply

Until then, thank you for joining the Pro7ect family!

I still can’t believe that, step by step, my little dream is becoming a reality.

On September 25, my debut album, I KNOW NOW, will finally be yours!!!!!!

Every track on this album holds a lesson I’ve learned. Every song carries a piece of my personal story, an experience I chose to turn into music.

Bringing it all together was incredibly difficult. All my ideas, experiments, doubts, and uncertainty had to find their place alongside the faith that kept me going. First, I had to bring it all into the studio. Then, I had to find the courage to make this work, this enormous part of my life, visible and available to the world.

I know this is a brave step for me. Releasing a full album after putting out only a few singles this year wasn’t an easy decision. But it feels right. I believe in this music with all my heart, and I hope it fills you with the same faith, love, and strength that it gives me.

I’m nervous. I think about the streams, the playlists, who will hear it, who will see it, and whether it will all be worth it. There are so many questions in my head, but I keep moving forward anyway.
More than anything, I want the chance to inspire you!!!!

Thank you for your support and for believing in me. Let me know if you’re waiting for the album. It would mean more to me than you know. 🩷

I never imagined that life would have so many lessons in store for me.

But

I KNOW NOW

With love
G

Yesterday we had 7 tracks written from scratch in a single day, another record broken for a Pro7ect retreat. For us that's a sign that the right mix of experience, eagerness, creativity and inspiration has officially been struck.

Friday, our last full writing day in the studio, is always a sweet sad day when we wish we could do it forever. The gratitude lands. We are real people, face to face, making real music in a humble, human form. So much power in one place. The calm, green fields around Rockfield feeding the vibe today.

Teams are still busy putting on final vocal harmonies, comping and mixing the tracks in a race to finish before we break bread for dinner one last time, the songs from the retreat playing in the background and a chance to let your hair down now the work is done.

For those hungry for more, some will stay on for Saturday's masterclass with @samwilliamsmusic and we will welcome a new group of fresh faces and ideas into the studio for our swan song of 2026.

Did we mention there's nowhere else we'd rather be?

My People, I can’t believe that the main song from my album was released today, on such a special day for me!!!!

Today marks the beginning of a new year, and I truly believe it is the beginning of a new cycle. This song helped me see myself from a new perspective….

Sometimes we hold on to things that don’t truly matter to us and forget about our real dreams. Even though it was incredibly difficult for me to take that leap, start over from scratch, and leave my entire life behind, I am so grateful that I did. I stayed true to myself because I chose to follow my dreams…make music and inspire people !

No matter how many people told me that I wouldn’t make it, that I couldn’t do it, that I was a foreigner, or that building a life in another country would be too difficult, I continued to believe wholeheartedly in what I was doing….

I want to inspire you to never give up, to believe in your dreams, and to remember that God has given you incredible potential and no one can ever take it away from you!!!

I truly hope this song gives you strength and helps you believe in yourself every single day…. I love you guys, thank you a lot! Shana Tova! 🙏🏻

Happy to report that Rockfield magic is in the air and the synergy between our artists and headline producers is popping, including a record breaking live room song ready by 3pm!

Anyone who's been in that pressure cooker before can appreciate how mind-blowing that is. Just another day in the office for Lewin though. He holds the keys.

Charlie brought the drum and bass and their playbacks have been so insightful, not just rolling the tapes but taking us all on the journey of how we got here. The learning never stops.

Patch 'lightning' Boshell's rooms have been producing 2 song days! Both finished, proper, absolute tunes. No biggy eh!

Gethin's been showing he's a master at unlocking those deep and meaningful moments, knowing which idea to noodle and then layering his unmistakable gold dust all over it to make the most interesting tracks that forcing those heads to start bobbing.

Meanwhile tales from Lisa's room include a long time member of the fam stepping up to guide the room supporting in producer capacity and taking deeper ownership of the process. Again, just amazing opportunities for constant and continued development here at Pro7ect.

Energy high. Outputs incredible. Producers proving their knowledge and expertise is gonna get your songs across the line and push you to go further than you thought you could.

Which room would you want to be locked in right now?

Get some rest fam, we go again tomorrow!
