Thirty one is fun and Saturday was a dream. Couldn’t think of a better way to spend it than cooking for 20 of my pals in the backyard. 🎀

31 feels abundant 🌞 The hard work from the last 7.5 years in Sydney is finally paying off and I am so grateful for the life I’ve created this year. Every year looks different, but what I’ve loved about this lap around the sun is the energy I’ve finally been able to call back and redirect into myself, my health, my friendships, family and community. My cortisol levels are low, my belly is full of delicious food, my hair is having its best year yet, the sunrise swims are often and my heart is happy.

Thank you to my beautiful friends for celebrating with me and thank you to @kritieow for the gorgy photos. Libra season is in full swing! ⚖️

when @aimochaloulapae and i first met, it was over zoom calls and shot lists, months later we finally tee’d up our schedules for a beautiful IRL matcha date.

we were parked out in a cafe for hours… we talked and talked and talked. she was the same inside as i am, from the same kind.
