Here comes a long and most joyful post to culminate four years spent in a place that I love with the most caring people who I am proud to call my colleagues in medicine, doctors.

As young men we are malleable and constantly evolving. The roles that our teachers, coaches, instructors, friends, and family play is crucial in our development.

Shout out to my parents for ensuring that I was exposed to upstanding role models along the way.

They ensured that each of these characters in my life were solid themselves and this has benefited my life in a way that cannot be overstated. These role models served as beacons of inspiration and steered me in the right direction. Many of those who taught, coached, watched over, protected, or guided me continue to do so for the next generation and that motivates me to pay it forward.

Shout out to each of my brothers. Thank you Patrick, John, and Vincent for making the trip across the pond- it means everything to me.

Life is a journey and we do not know what is around the next corner. We have no idea what lies beyond the horizon. Time is our only limit so chase goals vigorously, live robustly, and go see for yourself. God bless
