Life is not about the destination, but the dance along the way. We spend so much of our time thinking about where we’re going, what comes next, and what we’re trying to achieve that we forget to enjoy the music that’s already playing.

But every once in a while, we find ourselves surrounded by good people, moving to the rhythm, laughing without reason, and living completely in the moment. And suddenly, there’s nowhere else we need to be and nothing else we need to do.

Perhaps that’s what life is really about. Not the places we reach or the things we accumulate, but the moments we share, the connections we make, and the joy we find in simply being here together.

Because, just like music, life isn’t a journey to rush through so we can arrive at the end. We don’t listen to a song just to hear its final note, and we don’t dance just to reach the last step.

We dance because the dancing itself is the point.

Thankful for community! Managed to squeeze 3 events/outings after work on 4th of July. Mac & Cheese with the homies in Cedar Park, followed by dancing off said food at Coconut Club, and then a time was had with some rooftop firework viewing. I love you people so much. Now I’m off to take a dang social media break and hibernate in my apartment for a few days. 😅🇺🇸🎆💃

🎇 July 4th Celebration 🎆

Great times with great people. So glad I could celebrate with so many close friends with a killer view. Wouldn’t have changed a thing.

Here’s to 250 years America 🇺🇸🦅🦅🦅

There’s a trust factor to this.

You have to trust your timing.
Trust your hands.
Trust your body to stay calm when the weight is moving.

And when you’re teaching someone else, you have to trust them too.

That’s what I love about movement — it always reveals something deeper.
Not just coordination.
Not just skill.
Presence, confidence, and trust.

Teaching the homies how to kettlebell juggle in the sun. ☀️
