Zum Internationalen Kindertag haben wir mehr als 350 Kinder und Jugendliche aus Berliner Kinder- und Jugendhilfeeinrichtungen eingeladen, die Welt von Cirque du Soleil ALIZÉ zu erleben.

Gemeinsam mit dem Kinder- und Jugendzirkus @cabuwazi.springling haben wir einen Tag voller Staunen, Kreativität und unvergesslicher Momente geschaffen, von Zirkus-Workshops, einem Auftritt von Clown Felix, dem beliebten Hauptcharakter aus ALIZÉ, bis hin zum Showbesuch im Theater am Potsdamer Platz!

Manchmal braucht es nur einen besonderen Moment, um neue Perspektiven zu eröffnen und Träume zu wecken. 💕

Spinal Health

Bring your hand very close to your face, and you’ll notice how your peripheral vision decreases. The same principle applies to spinal health—focusing on just one exercise is limiting. Recovery and strength-building require progression in complexity—starting with stability, then mobility, followed by muscle-building, and finally, controlled flexion and extension.

There is no single exercise that can fully resolve spinal issues because lower back pain is multifactorial—and so must be your training approach.

With Patrick, we are first establishing lower back muscle elasticity, beginning with foundational exercises. From there, we introduce contralateral and ipsilateral movement-based exercises to retrain the body to dissociate limb movements from the core. As training progresses, exercises become more complex, eventually leading to the Jefferson Curl—but that’s exercise number 50 in the sequence. The body must be properly prepared before reaching that stage.

Spinal recovery is a process, not a shortcut. Train wisely.

I met my Dream Team ✨
Now I can say for sure that if you dream with your soul and work on making your dream come true, it will definitely come true. When I was 16, I saw a Cirque du Soleil show, saw an aerial rope in a show and decided that I wanted to try. I started this journey by accidentally seeing the Bazzar show on YouTube. I could never have imagined that five years later I would find myself in that very place, that very Floating Woman. BAZZAR is about love, about sincerity and the human soul, it’s not just a show with tricks, it is a team of loving people showing love on stage. I’m grateful to fate for being in this BAZZAR family, they showed me that you can be yourself, you can cry and laugh, no one will ever judge you, you will always be supported and listened to. It is a great honor to meet such worthy people.
A lot of events in my life happened here that could have broken me, but thanks to the team, I was able to cope!
This is my family, which will forever remain in my heart
